RE:this type of news sure does not help the situation ...Needent worry much about the lawsuit.. worst case a few million wont materially dent the balance sheet.. I'd be very suprised if WPM mgt would purposley avoid payment.. likley planned out .. threats of a law suit are just that.. delay payments on accounts payable isnt new for most companies. Besides .. this news is a few weeks old now and no material issues have arisen ..
