RE:Big Pump - wait for the news releaseI fail to see your argument in the motivation on "one" director facilitating a Pump and dump. In what world would anyone bother? He already sold the shares 18+% ago. If you really think mgt is manulipating the stock for their own benefit to sell out your a fool. There's only a handfull of securities laws they would be breaking not to mention a class action lawsuit by shareholders. I would venture to guess since every time you kick up some dust as it realtes to a rise in the sp you are likely shorting the stock and pissed you loosing $$. Perhaps you forgot mgt started they expected to come to a conculsion of financing in the 1st qtr. I dont expect they will but speculation would be sufficient to drive the sp.No material change?
