sooner, why is Dale decision maker? Originally. I don't know how much Dale own shares from coppertion ppt. Once i know that his family has 30+% shares(from one interview of Paul, if i am wrong correct me). And other big holders HNW guys are his friends, so they have much much ownership in company. As you guys said. The basic asking price range had been negotiated between Dale and Rio before Dale left. So I didn't care too much on the takeover price because we have no control on the final number even it is probably unreasonable. I don't challenge with your $6. Just I don't care about it because out of my control and will not affect my final gain.
