Key comment: "the analysis is 99% complete and it is sitting with RIO and they and evaluating it".  So what information/data/reports have been shared with RIO that have not been publicly released.  Is the "one little report" form the other interview basically getting RIO's OK to release publicly?  Does any of this run afoul of securities law in Canada or the

Only if they're trading on it, which given the lack of Insider Transactions it's safe to say they aren't.

Then perhaps that's why RIO has not been increasing their ownership by buying on the open market.  They have insider information that prevents them from doing so and that information is positive which would make buying illegal.

WRN /Rio If the drill results, met work is finished just get it out there in a NR. All this trading based on speculation when results could have been released. This turnes investing in the Casino project into a real Las Vegas Casino bet. Get the news out so I can sell or buy more shares on solid info ! M2

Marine - most likely the results aren't really game changing...at least the met results are at or slightly better than in FS. I think we also heard Paul say the deep drill anomaly won't factor into the Rio negotiations... did you all hear Paul say once permitted- 50% NAV? That would be $5 usd. Right now $1.7 usd. So he thinks we should be much higher than $1.7 usd but not really close

Feedback from Paul in an email on Sept 29th sated "All the work we have done since we signed the investor rights agreement with Rio is owned by us (WRN) and thus under our control to release as a public company". I believe we are giving Rio the curtesy of reviewing before we put out PR. So perhaps this is why it's taking so long to release....

I thought about this as well, and as noted in Item 3, Paragraph 4, of the 13D I posted the other day, Rio has the right to "receive draft press releases describing study results." But they don't have a right to veto the release. We only have to show them "here's what we're releasing on X date," and really not much Rio can do about it. Suggests this is purely WRN
