Steven With Rio it's been 2.5 yrs time to pull the pin take action ! After Nov 28th Casino will be open to others who are interested ! All boxes have been looked at and ticked ! IMHO M2

Not to mention the 6 months to a year that they discussed the project and put together the agreement to sign. I'd say  closer to 3.5 years

BUT.....opening up to others is exactly what we want.  We don't want a buyout negotiated in a bubble with only one party.  Regardless of the specifics of the next (assumed final) rollforward of the investor agreement with RIO next week, they will have the opportunity to buy up as many WRN shares in the market as their heart desires.  Ditto for any other company not named RIO
