All our speculations re Rio / Yukon might play out yet. But it almost certainly won't be in the next 2 weeks.
IMO, the new SI is already written, and the lawyers will continue reviewing with low urgency until 11/23, for release at around 3pm, or maybe it gets stuck in the draft folder until 11/28.
Ill eat my hat if anything different.
