As Paul has said to other shareholders like yourself with the same comments “We are currently talking with Rio about what is next.  As you note, limiting dilution and Rio’s shareholding of WRN are key factors as we continue discussions.  I can’t disclose much more than that at this time, but I am happy with the direction that discussions are going.”

Appreciate everyone's efforts here. I'd just remind everyone it's been Just Around The Corner for 2.5 years now. Right? What, did we think she'd answer "I don't know, dwf, Rio says all the right things but it could really go either way at this point." All our speculations re Rio / Yukon might play out yet. But it almost certainly won't be in the next 2 weeks

Stated Rio had completed most of DD and very little left. Expected to be completed well within the 1st rights expiry....LOL!

Sooner I was there in 2011 when WRN was trading @ $4.50 when we were looking for a buyout,, own more shares now but there is more shares out now,, dilution ! Time to cut and run before we end up back at .60,, $3 to $4 B to build Casino and what 10 yrs to start mining ? IMO M2

yes - volume stinks. Our market cap stinks. As i've told Paul and Sandy....I can guarantee you that our market cap would probably be double what it is today if we took $20M of that $40M cash and bought back $1M of stock a day for the next 20 days!!!!! and i begged them...NO MORE dilution...or if some dilution offset that with telling Rio to buy some on the open market and not all new shares!!

Perhaps yes, Vegas because at various times in the exploration unknowns, the permitting unknowns, it's all a gamble. But most things with an exponential payoff are gambling. All markets are gambling!  We have a more conservative, methodical management team that unfortunately won't pump the stock when our egos and our fears demand they do more for us so we can say, see we are right.

dfwrgk I agree when the announcement comes it will be better than we've contemplated ! As to the value of a junior development company like WRN looking at a $3 to $4 B $$ project the share value is in the hands of what the market thinks a company like Rio would pay for Casino in a buyout. Other then that WRN has $0 value ! This is a poker game for Paul and company to get us a buyout at a
