Long story short NFC was trading at .025 .03 for the longest time RS 1 - 100 current price 1.13 or .0113 pre RS in Most case this is what happens

I think there's something wrong with my math, coming from the other direction: 38MM shares outstanding, 100;1 consolidation, so 380,000 shares which is supposed to be 40 % of CAB. Using $.50

If you like CAB's prospects as a business, I guess one could make a case that the investor is paying $2.6mm for 60 % of CAB, so the remaining 40 % would compare at $1.73MM or $0.045/share today.

aside from any real value or potential going forward, a 100:1 consolidation is too much to hold, $2.50/share? Too much room to fall just from negative momentum. Best to enter after it if you like

OK first, the news release is hard to miss. Second, there is NO STOCK SPLIT. Fareport is calling for a 100:1 share consolidation. Maybe in and of itself a share consolidation is not a bad idea
