Shows his desire to make his company successful. Of course CEOs can make sales deals at their levels. Happens all the time. Don't be so narrow minded and take everything literal. Look at the big picture. Baronbuffett rocks. You will thank guys like him and PliskinNYC later on for being overly vocal as I strongly believe those guys had a lot to do with the shake-up at the company.
