RE:The Details and facts on the NCS4 reportExactly, these tests were an absolute win.. 2.5 out of 3 is not underperforming, it's an excellent according the test standards of the the third party because they are so stringent..

people either didn't read or could not understand stand the metric and equation.. 

effing read... it's a win
