Evolv has lost too much money to acquire Pat.  Full stop. They're hemorrhaging money, and their contracts are still not catching up to their losses.

Pat is in the rise. They have superior tech, and they have finally gotten their foot in the door with the biggest of cash cows- the US Govt.

You would need to drop ridiculous money at this point. You aren't going to see PE or any of the board agree to some half baked acquisition proposal. 

That said, if Pat drops some big announcements during these webinars, -big sales with big players- then they may be hearing from a Johnson Controls or a Cisco...maybe even a Raytheon. 

But unless Bill Gates can be persuaded to open his wallet, Evolv is not at the same table.
