Per Short Prospectus Copy Below --
-  3-year (i.e.: 36 months) payment period on the $2.7M platform sales.  
-  And who knows on the Xtract $3M.   Lets say that is 2 years (i.e. 24 months)

Monthly total Revenue $200K ...
$75K per month  for Platform with 12 clients (or $6,250 per client per month)
$125K per month for Xtract with 7 contracts (or $17,857 per contract per month)
$200K per month = $600K per Quarter,

$3.0-3.5M Burnrate per Quarter 


PAT needs 5 Times (5X) more Platform Clients & Xtract Contracts to break even at $3.2M per quarter

Investment is critical at this juncture, just as imp[ortant as sales..

Discussion of Contracts Company has signed and those that are in the pipeline

The Company currently has signed agreements with 12 customers representing $2.7M in total contract value for platform sales, and seven projects representing $3.0M in total contract value for Xtract service contracts. The platform sales contracts include a combination of proprietary hardware and software as well as service maintenance fees and are charged either through an upfront fee arrangement or a monthly subscription fee under a three-year term. The Company has a solid sales pipeline with well-qualified opportunities which is rapidly growing in its target markets.
