There are two patent applications initiated by Patriot, before the name change. This one and another one
17/548,494 | P1.015.US.PAT:
System and method for real-time multi-person threat tracking and re-identification
I referred these to Xtract as being in the books under the Patriot name and what was the status.
I was told they would look into it. Shortly thereafter the one I first posted was given attention by the USPTO. This second one mentioned above is still sitting in limbo but with the USPTO that is not out of the ordinary.
There has been no action on either to change the reference name from Patriot as far as I can find but at least one is moving forward.
