This one and another one 17/548,494 | P1.015.US.PAT: System and method for real-time multi-person threat tracking and re-identification I referred these to Xtract as being in the books under the Patriot name and what was the status. Xtract One Technologies is the new name of a company once called Patriot One Technolgies. Do you agree with that? The patent applications were initiated in the USPTO when the name of the company was Patriot One Technologies so in the documents they are still listed under the Patriot name. I'm afraid I do not understand why you do not understand. What part do you not understand? The Company

@plisken, they changed the name because trumpist loonies appropriated the term  "patriot" and twisted it into something other than its original meaning. Much like freedom convoy/ anti vax/ anarchist loons appropriated our flag up in Canada. While "Xtract One" would not have been my first choice, "Patriot" definitely had to go. And the US Patent Office

@NightlyOne / PliskenNYC: I don't believe the name Patriot One is a dead entity, just dormant while Xtract One assumes the active business name. The patient most likely was strategically left in the Patriot One name to avoid any delays from having to resubmit the pattent application with the Xtract One name. I support Nightly One's position as well as yours from a lawsuit perspective.
