It makes zero sense for Evans to tank the stock and get peanuts for all those options. The entire board of governors would need to be complicit, and they would all need to be given inder the table sweetheart deals.
They have to know with what appears to be deliberate suppression of the SP, they'd all be hauled before the FTC and torn a new one.
And as someone indicated earlier, no way this stays a secret- we'd be seeing shares traded in the millions on the TSX and OTC.
There are several possibilities for radio silence but I don't see buyout as one of them.
