I would expect to see much higher volume if that was brewing.  You could be right, but hope not.  If so, better be juicy.   Hard to value it now, intellectual property, cleared barriers to entry, master service agreements, existing/backlogged and pipelined customers...  But it certainly shouldn't go for a measily 30% premium from this trough. g

I hate to agree but something is up. Very unsettling. Been too long now and nothing is making sense. If it does happen this has been pure manipulation to steal this company. We would all be victims. I hope not but I am losing faith. Sigh!

Honestly....go on here and look at the last half hour of the day (or the last two full days) and tell me something isn't up.  I would love to know who is on the other side of the Morgan Stanley account selling 500 shares every 2 minutes FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS???  I don't see how a day trader has that kind of inventory?  If we are sold then Peter has been winding this up for

Sorry, I just don't see a buyout right now. It makes zero sense for Evans to tank the stock and get peanuts for all those options. The entire board of governors would need to be complicit, and they would all need to be given inder the table sweetheart deals. They have to know with what appears to be deliberate suppression of the SP, they'd all be hauled before the FTC and torn a new one.

When did he say a BO is on the table???  I have not heard him say anything along those lines in 2+ years.  As recently as his Alpha Wolf interview roughly 6 weeks ago he said he was in it for the long-term and "having the time of his life."  I know that means nothing, but he has definitely not said a BO was on the table in literally years now.

For a buyout to happen someone would either have or be convinced they have access to a majority of the issued and outstanding shares. Anyone that has more than 10% of the issued and outstanding have to declare, as their considered an insider.

Or just a tender offer or private equity firm takes em private. Don't need share accumulation.

They still need to be able to get majority of shares from current shareholders. They can get agreements from other insiders that they'll tender their shares to an offer before they go public with intentions,but they still need a majority of shares at the end of the day.

He has. It was 3 or 4 qtrs ago. He was "looking at every avenue to increase shareholder value", including buyout. He might not have said buyout exactly but it was something like selling the company to interested parties. He acknowledged that there had been talks or some interested parties in purchasing X1 but he would only do it if it benefited SH. I'll look for the exact qtr.

Bullseye you had days to find that.  You're talking about comments he made 2 years ago.  I remember him making comments like that on multiple quarterly calls not long after he took over.  I have zero recollection of him making any comments along those lines (buyout or avenues to increase shareholder value) for a long time now.  If he did, tell us what quarterly call, what

Well he has 100%  doesn't mean that's what's happening now. He 100% has said it's an option he would entertain if it made sense.
