Who cares if someone from HR is leaving? Attrition happens every day at companies. So we lost someone with a liberal arts or communications major...means nothing for development or sales of product. What if the janitor leaves..should I read the writing on the wall and sell? HR folks are a dime a dozen

Who "He" when you say "he cares"? It's not that your post doesn't suit me ..I'm struggling to understand the significance of someone from HR leaving...but I think I get it now...you think HR head is leaving due to some type of merger or acquisition...like they know they will be out of a job due to take over. May be a stretch but somewhat feasible. Fair enough
