If we dont get news its possibletheyre gearing up for an offering. bc i've seen it in the past with other stocks, they pump the stock price up for les say 4-7 dys and then they announce the offering at the avg price ofthe past 5 dys or so .. which is good in a way bc its less shares at higher price. but i don't have any actual knowledge just guessing
