While there likely won't be a huge SP jump today (altho hope I'm wrong), the contract announcements are gonna be coming as a result of today's NR. Look forward to seeing a HUGE 4th Quarter as the NBA and NHL teams will be wanting to get their systems in place over the summer in time for the 24/25 seasons starting

I believe Evolv has designation as well unfortunately. But I believe we might be the only ones with DHS  and TSA approval. Not sure about CEIA. They may as well.

I thought Devolve just had DHS Cert??? I could be wrong. But yes, now DHS and TSA which is some solid validation indeed!

Hey Davinator, Devolv also has DHS designation. Personally, I think we can achieve full DHS certification, and I hope we are still pursuing that goal. And you are totally right- this DHS announcement on its own is not going to move the needle that much today, cause the TSX is still the TSX. What will be crucial is the NR's that (hopefully) have been held in reserve to support the DHS piece

@ NightlyOne, So, essentially the only thing that will move the needle is to be off the TSX and on to the big board. Since the needle won't move on its own to get us to the required share price to advance to the Nasdaq the only other ways is through a merger with an already Nasdaq company or a reverse split. Jahpatriot: Let’s keep in mind that today’s NR only sets the stage for contracts which have been signaled as sitting on the back burner. Buyer attitude will change with actual relevant contract announcements.   Any thought of an uplisting in one form or another is premature.

@jah, I think whoever is suppressing the stock lost a lot of their reserves today. I don't think they can keep it up over the long haul. If we come out with some shock and awe NR's and one or two more great sets of financials, we will get back on the sunny side of a dollar. And a 4, 3 or hopefully 2 to 1 RS is a lot more palatable than an 8 or 9 to 1 job that we would need right now. I
