RE:RE:RE:RE:Is a recap coming?We agree that 2023 was a bad year for drilling and nat gas prices. You focus on FCF which is not a standard calculation and doesn't take into account growth capital. What growth? Their reserve report indicates a tripling of reserve additions for every unit produced. EPS is the best measure of sustainable FCF as it includes a charge for capital and financing in it. Production fell in the 4q but net realizable volume of reserves keeps increasing. In terms of the equity issue last year, that was done to take the opportunity for flow through shares before the tax laws changed on March 31.  They were not forced by the banks. The key variable in YGR's success is natural gas price. If it languishes here for another 3 years, this company may have to take some difficult decisions. There are many natural gas companies more levered and less lucrative with poorer inventory. Compare ygr to Birchcliff and ygr looks like a star yet Birchcliff trades 5x higher. When I see Birchcliff getting clocked by the market I might actually start worrying.
