RE:Management payI don't really have a major issue with 2022 and this report. 2022 was a year with reasonable results (growing production and good debt reduction)

Pay is excessive but dilution was only a little over 500k shares. 

I already know the next AIF will be ridiculous. They handed out over 3 million shares a month ago so the next report is obvious..

Despite production declining on the year due to disastrous drilling and share price down over 50% they will still say they performed as a top quartile company.. 

Will still be more than a 1 million comp per exec but it will be more stock based than cash based because it screws shareholders more. 

Pie shrinks because of management underperformance so natural response is take a bigger piece.
