RE: New G & M Artical Out this A.MOn Aug 4th DBRS lowered their rating of Yellow Media to BBB and R2(high) which is not considered "speculative". So 1 and not 2 rating agencies lowered the rating. It took me about 5 minutes to check the ratings and what they mean.
"Since July, two major ratings agencies – Standard & Poors and DBRS – have both downgraded Yellow’s debt to speculative status. The downgrades reflect “increased uncertainty around the business risk profile and the reduction in financial flexibility and liquidity,” DBRS analyst Chris Diceman said at the time. "
I'm not sure what Susan Krashinsky thinks her responsibilities are when she publishes an article but I'm pretty sure it cost all of the share holders of Yellow Media. If we take a look at the articles that G&M published this year, I think there maybe grounds for a civil action. One that yellow media should have intiated but I would gladly join a share holder started action. Don't we have any holders that are lawyers that are interested providing us with an opinion?
