Before the banks negociate a new recap, Yellow Media should respect their obligation by paying all the dividends to the prefs holders ( A,B,C & D ) as per Q1 Supplemental Disclosure:

Kitty, if they did this they maybe able to pass their restructure and I'm not sure that any new structure with Tellier at the helm would be good for anyone.
