Good god, can any of you actually explain why a court proceeding would stop the release of Q4 year end (Dec 31) financials?
The Q4 financials will shock many of you - Zena will release after close on the very last day that they're required by regulation to file. Zena would need an extension approval to not file them.
There's no mystery to this - it's how Zena operates.
