Are adding 140 million shares to raise only 20 million dollars. TO ALL INVESTORS IS THIS A SMART DECISION AND doesn’t give zena a big valuation

50 million shares were added last week. i assumed that was managements shares converted right away is it not? They had no additional warrants that would come in at this time
