Best strategy for retail investors currently stuck here

Don't buy and don't sell.
coz the moment you buy, the algorithms change and the price pressure to control via short momentum brings it further down. Check with any penny stock or regular co heavily shorted, try it for acb, weed, cron, xly, bbd or any oil co currently. When you buy the price will go down, buy more and it will fall further, buy till you exhaust yourself and you will find the price lower and lower, that's how this is being played by brokerages and their algorithm settings on computer trading.
Don't sell too, just wait and watch

Another one I have learned along the way is if something can go wrong it will. Only fools are sure, a wise man is always in doubt
