How do you figure? 3% of the merged company?   I just assume they will merge with a company and Zennabis will get shares of MergeCo - which will really just be an acquisiton of Zenabis and all the management will get turfed. Company will use shares to acquire it and say X hundred Zenabis shares for 1 of our non-penny stock shares and it will equiate to 20-30 cents of value. They have ...more
