drink some coffee and wake up
for those selling at .17 , that would be like selling Hexo at $9.59 when Hexo is currently selling at $10.83...that to me seems pretty crazy but maybe that's just be me.
Also , if a bidding war were to happen you will really be kick your own butt later..

The price of the purchase and share ratio have ALREADY been established in the NR.

was going to say something re savy 's posts and that Savy53 seems to have a misguided / poor understanding of the transaction. Transaction is very simple so it should be easily understood but obviously I'm being too optimistic of some here.

I don't get how people can't understand simple sentences. Either that or they sound dumb because they have an agenda.

Possibly true so time to buy hexo as well b/c it will go up after the merger as it is being held down wouldn't you think

Yes MC, the ratio of .01772 or ~1:56.5 shares is set in the NR But how much is that translated to will depends on Hexo SP When Hexo SP= $11 --> $11 / 56.5 --> 0.195 cents If Hexo goes back to $13.5, your zena would worth 24 cents Right?

That's not the point. No matter what SP both companies is (or will be), you will still get the same quantity of HEXO shares for the quantity of ZENA shares you have.

Nope. HEXO could quadruple while ZENA lose 50% and you will still get the same ratio of HEXO shares. Stop your nonsense Unsavy53.

I agree 100%. I for one, not planning to stay until that time, I have a target of 21-23 cents to sell zena before the official conversion. As for the people who decided to sell today, Zena worth ~19.5 today 2:30pm Good luck to all

Thanks Bud The trend is cannabis, and hexo would have no problem to trade back north of $13. However, Savy is right too, the shorters could do 2 birds 1 stone by shorting HEXO which lowers ZENA by default. I am comfy with my decision to targer 21+ cents. Good luck

Good point! Selling at the current market price is absurd!
