You received 3.40 USD for each Tahoe-Share either in value of PAAS-Share at 14.14 USD or 3.40 USD in cash. Additionally you received CVRs at an value of 0.70 USD which will be converted into PAAS shares when Escobal get's back into production! If Escobal never goes into production they will become wothless!
