One more issue to think about. Should the price of OIL go up over the next year or so, the longer it takes to find a deal, the more it will cost.

I'm actually serious about the senior housing comment. It could be a great business opportunity. North America has an aging population not to mention the greatest transfer of wealth is now transpiring so the old guys want a place to spend a little before they fall over.  TAG could modernize old fart housing options in places such as the Desert where old worn out aging bodies can feel a ...more
