RE:VFF & EMH are mergingInteresting, curious as to the source of the rumor? I believe EMH and VFF compliment each other as they are both strong in respective fields and combined could form a dominate presence in the sector, with grow know how and science/development. VFF doesn't seem to be pursuing a brand of their own and focus is on farming. EMH has 2 greenhouses coming on line next qtr.
With Hemp coming soon, Emerald could maximize the potential. Emerald Sciences owns 29% of EMH, so they would need to be on board. I expect more consolidation in the sector, this merger would good if they continue with their separate strengths an realize economies of scale.
