45 Day ReliefPertains to Filings! It does not preclude an issuer from providing its’ results via a press release or from holding a conference call to discuss them. EMH would certainly be aware of that. Holders may want to question why neither is being provided since these are annual results dating back to Dec. 31/19 (4 months ago). PSF results were available a month ago.
