From past experiences this is where the rich become richer.

It takes people who are uncertain about their game plan to start dumping their shares, driving the price down, only to be picked up by those who understand the market and  accumulate ever more.

My research tells me that support is found at $ 2.51 - $ 2.59. There is too much money invested here by large financial institutions allow the div. to go belly up.
