Dividend re-investment

Dividend re-investmentMy discount broker is CIBC and a recent change in CIBC policy means that I have to phone in monthly to have my dividends reinvested, just wondering if anyone else has experinced the same problem with other brokerages.  They don't even inform you of the change, i just happened to notice my dividends were not being reinvested.
