A thought about few well licenses

A thought about few well licenses
I'll admit that I'm kind of new at this, but in doing some reading, it makes sense that TBE has not pulled as many well licenses the past couple months. This is the spring breakup season. There is a FAQ here which talks about it:

https://www.naborscanada.com/faqs.asp#q6

Since TBA's properties are located in the southern part of the two provinces, it would make sense to me that there hasn't been much drilling of late. I've seen more licenses from locations farther north where the ground is presumably still frozen.

Any oilpatchers want to chime in on this? I have to admit that bshort's comments on the lower well licenses were a little worrisome (even if it didn't make sense as they have an established capital program) but I think that this is actually normal.
