RE:WOULD U F N JUST CUT THE DIVVIE ALREADY

RE:WOULD U F N JUST CUT THE DIVVIE ALREADY

Just cause its high, doesn't mean theyll cut. I remember buying Noranda Income Fund back in November when the priced crashed to 2.00 and everyone was runnign around with their head on fire screaming about a dividend cut. Long story short, they NEVER did. And now the stock is sitting at 3-something and the dividend is at 15% range.

Their payout ratio is in a comfortable 60-70% range and even with hedges expiring later this year, My honest opinion is sometime later this year we will see a much needed increase and leveling out of oil and hopefully ending the year at 70$ USD to a CAD/FX of about $85.00 which is completely reasonable.
