RE:ITS ALL OVER FOR TBE.Keep in mind that many investment firms have a time line to cover their bets. Many a time selling occurs at a lost , not because they know information, but because they have to meet their quotas. Especially when a stock is stagnant for a long time. Advertising that they know something already implies that they are or have broken the law.
