Sorry Shareholders
Sorry ShareholdersCreditors and Debenture Holders, to get a substantial payout. Some clarification needed if Debenture Holders are subordinate to trade creditors. No opposition raised in court. Debenture Holders may have to split costs of Ad Hoc action. (National Bank should probably want to contribute for getting them more money). Looks like there may still be a shell, full of tax pools: stay tuned for a future horror movie sequel?
