There were four lawyers for Norton Rose Fulbright, FTI Consulting, and National Bank, that all supported the application. The Bennett Jones, Ad Hoc Group lawyer, did not oppose the application. There was a letter discussed from a "Mr. Hastings": not sure if he was a shareholder or debenture holder. No other shareholders spoke up in objection, or had filed any letters of protest.
