After the sale has closed, the Receiver will be sending notices to all creditors to provide proof of their claims. The notice to debenture holders will be sent to your bank. However, there are many trade critors who have not been paid. The Receiver has to review their invoices and request the court to approve their claims. This process will take a few months so you don't expect payment until late summer.
