The calculations are easy if one has the basic info.  All Income from production earned after Dec 1 belongs to purchaser; all expenses incurred after Dec 1  in operating the properties is the responsility of TBE.  It is obvious that the net operating revenue has not been near the expectations of some posters who live in a fantasy world.
