Of course the Debentures will still get "Substantial" recovery, if priority claim is lost, but the actual amounts owed to people, need to be formally tabulated. And without knowledge of the exact offer price, we are still guessing on amounts.
Ruling to be made in the future, on the Ad Hoc fees. I'd guess they will be split amongst all Debenture Holders.
This deal is 99% certain to close.
