You can complain to the judge but will be denied standing.  In a prior post, you stated that you had the right to choose what offer is best.  I suggest you do some reading before investing so that you'll understand what rights you have when you invest in common shares.  I also suggest that you face reality -TBE is insolvent and your shares are worth zero.
