A most unusual post.  It appears you are not expecting victory but lots of action.  No action from the shareholders to date other than numerous posts from deluded shareholders hoping that someone will  start legal proceedings.  I expect the only action will be on this bulletin board.  By the way, your shares have no value.
Your comment on a prior post about purchaser and tax pools is completely off base.  The purchaser must act reasonably in preparing the election forms.  The agreement does not require the purchaser to deal reasonably with the shareholders.  
Be strong with with what you hold but remember the shares have no value.
