RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hey, hey, hey: Ninth Report is Out...After reading the Receiver's Brief, it appears that the subordinated debentures were one just notch above the shareholders.  Their claims appear to be subordinated to all other creditors.  I used to invest in these instruments but have stayed clear since the Arcan fiasco. This has been an eye opener for me.  Too much risk for me.
