Pablo, you have reviewed a number of public offering documents regarding subordinated debentures  and now understand the details.  As I previously posted, let this be a teachable event.  I became concerned about the terms of these instruments at the time of the Arcan fiasco and subsequently liquidated all my debenture holdings.
