My friend, you have likely had much more experience dealing with receiverships than I due to your poor investing strategies. When I was active in the business, I was buying assets from the Receiver or Trustee. Now that I’m retired, preservation of capital is important and I try to avoid the potential train wrecks. Enjoy your day and don’t forget to claim the capital loss on your tax return.
