Another message to the Debenture holdersPatience folks - the court process takes time. Things may appear to proceed at a snail pace but that’s not the fault of FTI or the ad hoc Committee. The judge controls the process and is the final arbiter of the few remaining issues. My congratulations to the ad hoc Committee who have been very successful in representing the Debenture holders. The court hearing on the claims of the former executives will be heard by the judge on February 20. Your posts, which are amusing, will have no impact on the decision of the judge.
