A message for Pablo - the TBE lessonThe TBE train wreck is a lesson in excess bank debt. When a company gets offside with their bankers, all hell breaks loose. Naive investors don’t understand that the bankers expect full repayment. Thanks to the NO vote, the bankers recovered more than they expected, the shareholders (like Scottie and Burge) got zip and the Debenture holders did okay.
