incorrect sir on 2 points: Paying out a "special dividend" was split up EQUALLY as to the percentage ownership and EVERYONE got the same 30 cents per share. The majority ownership ...more

Taiga is owned 70+% by Tong so what Taiga does is for Tong's benefit not for the minority share owners. The "special dividend" mostly benefitted Tong. There is no incentive to take ...more
